    • Finder’s Fee: 1 Month’s Rent ($600 Collected Up-Front)
    • Management Fee: $100 / Property / Month (Multi-Unit Discounts Available
    • Lease Renewal Fee: $295 / Property / Lease
    7. Accept Tenant Calls/Answer Inquiries
    8. Schedule, Show, and Guide Tenants through Property
    9. Run Tenant Background and Credit Checks
    10. Prepare Monthly Financial Statements
    11. Maintain Rental Activity Correspondence & Other Applicable Files
    12. Work with Association to Enforce Bylaws
    13. Facilitate Tenant Eviction & Other Necessary Actions
    14. Contractor Liaison for Property Maintenance
    15. Perform Property Inspections
    16. Apply for Rental Licensing & Inspection
    17. Trust Account Holder for Security Deposits
    18. Ensure Tenants Remit Timely Utility Payments
    19. Other Tasks as Agreed Upon Between Owner & Broker

Fee Structure is based on two separate services:

  • Finder’s: Includes services 1-5 above
  • Mangement: Includes services 6-18 above
  • Owner’s may utilize one service, or all services. Finder’s Fee is collected in two parts: $600 at the time Owner contracts services, and the remainder upon receipt of Tenant’s first month’s rent.
